My friend Colleen had a costume party in the middle of October. Normally I have my costume planned out months before time. Probably because of all the hassle last year, I didn't even think of a costume for this year. I just took inventory of what I had in my closet. I already had the dress and the wig. Just bought gloves and eyelashes.
There was a fogger making a great effect. Just not a great effect when you are trying to take pictures.

Colleen made this "Cat-Box Cake." I love that she even got the little details right, such as having one hang off the side.
