Assume the Position

Petsitting this weekend with people that had HBO - On Demand! So I was clicking on "stand-up comedy" - something I could listen to as I got ready for the day. Could move around the house and not miss anything because I just had to listen, not watch.
I "demanded" it play Assume the Position 201.

1. This is AWESOME! I've never even heard of this before. Set up like a fun college class. And they let me in, even though I hadn't taken 101.
2. Uh, I had to sit in the chair the whole time - when I did start to move around, I ended up rewinding.
3. I knew most of it already - I yelled "Victoria Woodhull!" at him and a few seconds later he mentions her. I like it when professors listen to their students.
4. Mr. Wuhl is the teacher. Batman being one of my favorite movies, I couldn't get "Helllooooo legs!" out of my head when I looked at him.
5. I love that one of the sections of the class is titled: "I Shit You Not!"

So if you have the means, it's worth a look. It will be out on DVD in October. Yay!

I'm so there! You had me at "Victoria Woodhull!!!"

ps. Fictional account of several lives in 1870s, including Woodhull and some others, called "Sex Wars." Interesting, if not terrific.

I've actually seen that before, but didn't know what it was called. I was just flipping channels in the hotel....

It's hilarious!
