Condo-nation

The problem with Seattle is, with the kind of weather that makes things grow really well, some things are getting out of hand. Who isn't weeding the townhouses? They are popping up everywhere! Not only that, but they are tearing down other things to make way for them. A favorite bowling alley in Greenwood, an independent cafe/coffeehouse on Capitol Hill, the list goes on. Pretty soon we will have to do all of our activities at each others condos, there won't be any other place to go!

They are building some on my street too. I have a trail that runs behind my apartment building which my studio faces. I have a lovely view of the trail and trees. These 'townhomes' are on the same exact street and on the same side of the street as my building. But instead of running parallel to the trail, they run perpendicular.

People are going to spend good money to look in to each other's homes?

Well, you say, that is just one side of the building. The other side must have a view...

Yes, they do. Of slightly older condos.
