Food Stuff Explained

Give K-Lyn the prize! Sorry Neel, you were way off. Except for the chocolate part.
And for the rest of you wondering what I'm talking about, see the blog entry below (including comments).
The first two pictures are of lutefisk (and mashed potatoes). Lutefisk is cod soaked in lye. During the Christmas time, my family had a lutefisk and lefse dinner (I eat only one of these things). It's an interesting thing. While lutefisk is originally created in Norway, it seems nowadays only Norwegian-Americans still eat it, while Norwegians think the Americans are insane.

The other is mice. I prepared chocolate-covered cherry mice for my first day on Cats. I gave them to the cast and crew. If you know the background of why I joined the show, it was easy to win them over, even without the chocolate.
When we moved up to Everett, I gave the crew little squirt-guns on opening night (for naughty kitties). They were shaped like grenades. One of the cats picked one up, aimed it at a crew person and ended up squirting himself in the face! Ha, they do work!
