Teasers

Apologies to my readers (if I have any) for the silence. The problem with blogs/journals is that when you are busy, you don’t have time to write about all your happenings. When there is time to write, it’s because you aren’t doing anything worth writing about. Next week I have time – and will write about the last two weeks (pictures included).

So here are some teasers (“In a World where…”):

  • Sometimes things have a way of working out – you just have to be patient and wait a week.
  • Found the perfect guy to get the job done. Something I’ve been wanting to do for awhile. The woman next to me was a professional photographer and took pictures of the process with my camera.
  • When will I get a chance to play that role again?/ No, you can’t see through the mask / Help 5 / Creepy-Hug-Be-Gone
  • UPS Sucks
  • Everything is ending at once!
  • They sold, just not in Eugene / Yes, this is the oddest one I’ve been commissioned to do (so far).
  • I’m an Ace, apparently. / Never saw anyone so busy

Any guesses to what I’ve been up to? (excluding the people I spoke with on the phone)

Don’t you love a cliffhanger?

Here are some answers to questions/comments of long ago to make up for not blogging:

The thea-tuh. It comes from White Christmas. The beginning of the "Choreography" song. I love Danny Kaye!

Puyallup: PEW-al-up

Seqium: Skwim

Just for the record, I totally knew the "theatuh" reference. In fact, I tend to say that on a semi-regular basis....but everyone just looks at me funny because no one else gets it.

C - I've known you for how many years and this is the first time I'm hearing this? That makes me two degrees from him, right? (even if he is dead).

Spike - that's because you work with engineers. It's up to you to enlighten your co-workers about theatre (even when it is in a movie). Yay to my pro-musical-theatre civil-engineer gal-pal!

I IMDB'd him. Died in 1987, when we were in 7th grade. Do you remember him in an episode of the Cosby Show where he played the Dentist?
